4. Camera & AI Proctoring
Camera access is mandatory during proctored exams.
AI systems may monitor face presence, movement, and activity.
Repeated violations may trigger automatic submission or termination.
5. Automatic Submission & Termination
The exam may be automatically submitted or terminated if:
Exam time expires
Camera is disabled or face is not detected repeatedly
Suspicious or prohibited activity is detected
6. Technical Responsibility
Users must ensure stable internet, power, and compatible devices.
The platform is not liable for failures caused by user-side issues.
7. Data, Privacy & Security
User data is handled as per the Privacy Policy.
Captured images and logs are used only for exam integrity.
Institutes must handle student data responsibly.
8. Payments & Refunds
Exam or service fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only in case of verified technical failure.
Institutes are responsible for their own pricing and refund policies.
9. Results & Evaluation
Evaluation may be automated or institute-controlled.
Results declared by the system or institute are final.
10. Violations & Penalties
Violation of these terms may result in:
Immediate exam termination
Account suspension or permanent ban
Legal action in case of serious misconduct
